Geographic Coverage
Single-family appraisals have been a part of Jacobson & Associates since the company was founded by G. Roger Jacobson in 1979. Our
geographic area includes focus on primarily DeKalb, Kane, Lee and Ogle counties. We understand the uniqueness of our service area, having the ability to not only
appraise traditional homes, but also specialty properties including farmettes and other specialty housing.
Diversification of Services
Sometimes our assignments are finance related, other times they are not. For example, we have completed a number of assignments for a
variety of purposes such as divorce, litigation, relocation, private mortgage insurance, removal and estate purposes, among others. Our senior-level staff appraisers are qualified as expert witnesses in court.
